Managing Your Subscription

Pro subscribers can manage their subscription through the billing portal:
  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. You’ll be redirected to the Stripe billing portal
From the portal, you can:
  • Update payment methods
  • View billing history
  • Download invoices
  • Cancel subscription

View your billing history in the Billing modal:

Deployment Limits

Free Plan Limits

When you reach your deployment limit on the free plan:
  • A banner will appear in your dashboard
  • New deployments will be blocked
  • Existing deployments continue running

Upgrading When Limit Reached

If you see “Deployment limit reached”:
  1. Click Upgrade in the banner
  2. Complete the Pro checkout
  3. Continue deploying immediately

Subscription Status

Your subscription can have different statuses:

Past Due

If your payment fails:
  1. You’ll see a banner prompting you to fix payment
  2. Click Fix Payment to update your card
  3. Your subscription will resume once payment succeeds

Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:
  • Pro features remain until the current period ends
  • After that, you’ll be downgroted to the free plan
  • Your projects and deployments are preserved

FAQ

Can I downgrade from Pro to Free?

Yes, cancel your subscription through the billing portal. You’ll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my projects if I downgrade?

Your projects and deployments remain intact. You just won’t be able to create new deployments if you exceed the free plan limits.

Do you offer refunds?

Contact support for refund requests. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

Can I pay annually?
